On March 29, 2024, the Ministry of Information and Communications issued Circular 02/2024/TT-BTTTT amending and supplementing Circular 04/2023/TT-BTTTT dated May 31, 2023 regulating the product list causing loss of safety are the responsibility of the Ministry of Information and Communications. On May 31, 2023, the Ministry of Information and Communications issued Circular No. 04/2023/TT-BTTTT stipulating the list of unsafe products and goods under the responsibility of the Ministry of Information and Communications. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.

The national standard on energy efficiency for induction cookers TCVN 13372: 2021 is expected to come into force from 2025.

The National Standard on Energy Efficiency for LED Street Lights TCVN 12666:2021 is expected to come into force from 2025.

The national standard on energy efficiency for notebook computers TCVN 11848:2021 has been officially issued and is expected to take effect from January 1, 2025.

National standard on energy efficiency for Non-ducted air conditioners TCVN 7830: 2021 was issued to replace TCVN 7830: 2015 and is expected to come into force from January 1, 2025.
