[MIC] QCVN 129:2021/BTTTT: National technical regulation on Non-standalone 5G mobile information network terminal equipment - Radio Access section

According to Circular 28/2021/TT-BTTTT dated December 31, 2021 of the Ministry of Information and Communications promulgating National Technical Regulations on Non-standalone 5G Mobile Network Information Terminal Equipment - Radio Access Part: QCVN 129:2021/BTTTT, specifically:

1. Adjustment range

This regulation stipulates the technical requirements for radio access for Non-standalone 5G mobile communication network terminal devices operating on all or one of the combined frequency bands specified in the table below and comply with regulations on management and use of radio frequencies in Vietnam.

Operating frequency table

Mobile phone devices on the hybrid 5G mobile information network must ensure operation on all combined frequency bands in the table above.

Note: Combined frequency bands related to bands n77 and n78 must be ready and can only be activated and used after this band is planned in Vietnam.

This regulation applies to products and goods that are hybrid 5G mobile information network terminal devices with HS codes specified as follows:

Radio access in the 5 GHz band;
Short-range radio transmission and reception.

2. Subjects of application

This regulation applies to Vietnamese and foreign organizations and individuals that produce and trade equipment within the scope of this regulation in the territory of Vietnam.
