In particular, the Ministry of Information and Communications is promoting 5G commercialization, and has been developing national technical standards and testing methods to distribute 5G-related products.

Realizing the urgent situation of businesses in the market, Dt&C VINA quickly researched national technical regulations related to 5G, invested in building facilities and equipment to be able to provides a full range of related testing and certification consulting services.

With strong development and continuous expansion of different fields within the laboratory's testing scope, Dt&C VINA has been designated:

On July 24, 2023, Dt&C VINA officially received a designation from the Ministry of Information and Communications on licensing the implementation of QCVN 18:2022/BTTTT according to Circular No. 22/2022/TT-BTTTT "Technical regulations National Technical Specification on Electromagnetic Compatibility for Radio Communication Equipment QCVN 18:2022/BTTTT" replaces QCVN 18:2014/BTTTT.
On September 29, 2023, Dt&C VINA officially received a designation from the Ministry of Information and Communications on licensing to implement QCVN 132:2022/BTTTT according to Circular No. 24/2022/TT-BTTTT "Technical regulations National technical safety standards for telecommunications and information technology terminal equipment.
On October 23, 2023, Dt&C VINA officially received a designation from the Ministry of Information and Communications on licensing the implementation of QCVN 127:2021/BTTTT and QCVN 129:2021/BTTTT according to Circular No. 06/2021/ TT-BTTTT “National technical regulations on stand-alone 5G mobile communication network terminal equipment – Radio access part” and Circular No. 28/2021/TT-BTTTT “National technical regulations on equipment hybrid 5G mobile communication network terminal – Radio access part”

Accordingly, Dt&C VINA is the first and only testing laboratory in Vietnam that can perform 5G testing for mobile devices and information technology and telecommunications equipment.
