[MIC] QCVN 127:2021/BTTTT: National technical regulation on stand-alone 5G mobile information network terminal equipment - Radio Access section

According to Circular 06/2021/TT-BTTTT dated August 31, 2021 of the Ministry of Information and Communications promulgating National Technical Regulations on Standalone 5G Mobile Network Information Terminals - Radio Access Part: QCVN 127:2021/BTTTT, specifically:

1. Adjustment range:

This regulation stipulates the technical requirements for radio access for stand-alone 5G mobile communication network terminal devices operating on all or one of the frequency bands specified in the Table below and complying with regulations on management and use of radio frequencies in Vietnam.

Standalone 5G mobile communication network mobile phone devices must ensure minimum operation in all bands n1, n3, n28, n41, n77, n78

Note: Combined frequency bands related to bands n77 and n78 must be ready and can only be activated and used after this band is planned in Vietnam.

2. Subjects of application

This regulation applies to Vietnamese and foreign organizations and individuals that produce and trade equipment within the scope of this regulation in the territory of Vietnam.
