From July 1st, 2023, Circular No. 18/2022/TT-BTTTT and regulation QCVN 130:2022/BTTTT will take effect, wireless audio devices (under the scope of regulation of QCVN 91: 2015/BTTTT) imported and manufactured in Vietnam must meet the requirements specified in QCVN 91:2015/BTTTT and QCVN 130:2022/BTTTT.
The following products will fall within the scope of application of QCVN 130: 2022/BTTTT:

* Note:
- Bluetooth headsets have an operating frequency range of 2400MHz ~ 2483.5MHz, so they do not have to be tested for quality and certified for conformity.
- For products already registered for certification of conformity according to QCVN 91:2015/BTTTT before, there is no need to re-certify conformity but need to additionally test QCVN 130:2022/BTTTT to complete and update the self-assessment of product conformity.
