[MIC] Draft circular promulgating National Technical Regulation QCVN 110:2023/BTTTT

The Ministry of Information and Communications promulgates a draft Circular on National Technical Regulations on mobile communication base station equipment E-UTRA - Radio access part.

Pursuant to the June 29, 2006 Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;

Pursuant to the November 23, 2009 Law on Telecommunications;

Pursuant to the November 23, 2009 Law on Radio Frequency;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 78/2018/ND-CP dated August 1, 2007 detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;

The Minister of Information and Communications promulgates the Circular stipulating the National Technical Regulation on E-UTRA mobile communication base station equipment - Radio access part as follows:

1. Application roadmap: From July 1, 2024, E-UTRA mobile communication base station equipment (under the scope of regulation in QCVN 110:2023/BTTTT) imported and domestically produced must be meet the requirements specified in QCVN 110:2023/BTTTT.

* Note: Enterprises, organizations and individuals are encouraged to apply QCVN 110:2023/BTTTT from the effective date of this Circular on March 1, 2024.

2. Subjects of application:

This Regulation applies to Vietnamese and foreign organizations and individuals engaged in the production and trading of equipment covered by this Regulation in the Vietnamese territory.

3. Adjustment range:

Specifies the technical requirements for mobile communication base station equipment E-UTRA operating in all or part of any frequency band specified in the table below:
