VNEEP (Energy Efficiency)
Electrical and electronic products regulated by Vietnam’s energy efficiency program require approval and labeling for products sold under the regulations of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT).

QUACERT (CR-Mark): Viet Nam Certification Center
In according to the National Technical Regulation of Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) of Vietnam, Products sold in Vietnam must comply with EMC or safety certification, and the quality mark "CR mark" must be attached.

VNTA : Viet Nam Telecommunications Authority
Telecommunications equipment imported and sold to Vietnam needs to be reviewed and approved by Viet Nam Telecommunications Authority.
As a communication regulatory agency under the MIC, VNTA (Vietnam Telecommunications Authority) is responsible for the type certification and issuing the ICT mark of communication device. 
 
VNTA only accepts the test report issued by a test laboratory designated by an overseas government agency or Test laboratory designated by VNTA that has an MRA with the government of Vietnam.
